It’s never easy to leave someone who meant so much to you, nor is it appropriate to leave a relationship in between. But if you’ve tried everything you possibly could and yet suffer and find the relationship draining you, then I guess it’s time you walk out of it. Yes the break up will hurt. It will hurt a lot, but that is just something you can’t skip from.
Here are some indications of an unhealthy relationship.
Lack of happiness If you can’t remember when you last smiled because of you partner you need to face the issues and make up your mind. You can’t compromise on your happiness for the fear of hurting someone. If you’re not happy in your relationship then there are chances that your partner might not be happy too. Because when you’re happy, it shows. Likewise, when you’re sad, that shows too.
Lack of communication Everyone has differences in a relationship. But do you talk about your differences you’re your answer is NO! You need to rethink about your relationship. Everyone has different communication styles. If the both of you don’t feel happy talking about your own problems with each other, but prefer talking it out with someone else, nothing can help you.
Lack of together time You may still have a wonderful time together with friends but you don’t talk to your partner in person. You prefer to spend time with other people to avoid being alone together. Giving space in a relationship is healthy but having a space where you both aren’t comfortable anymore together isn’t healthy. Guess it’s time you sit down and rethink about your relationship.
Lack of the ‘Feel Good Factor’ If this feeling is lacking, you may want to take a deeper look at your relationship. Think about the time you two fell in love. If the chemistry between you isn’t the same the way it was then you better either talk it out with your partner and if that doesn’t work then it’s time to quit.
